A true home away from home! The hotel felt like staying with a wealthy relative, with all the comforts of a cozy home. Our room had a balcony and stunning views. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was more than satisfying. Great location too, just a short walk to the main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

The hotel is centrally located in a noisy area but surprisingly peaceful. They have a lovely garden to relax in and still offer breakfast with menu selection. The staff is friendly and helpful. Limited parking available. The room is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Dog-friendly.

The hotel is located in a beautiful garden, which is a perfect spot to relax in the evening. The hotel is also very close to everything, including great local coffee shops. Additionally, the hotel is situated in an old palace, which adds to its charm and elegance.

The bathroom door didn’t close properly and was extremely noisy to close and open.

This place was neat and had great location and staff. It was located in a particularly good area just next door to fine restaurants and the centro and the important tourist sites. Early check in and late check out.

During my stay here, I found it to be the perfect location, situated in a charming area and close to both cultural attractions and the best restaurants in the area. Along with its great location, the service was incredible, the staff always went above and beyond and were quick to meet every need we had. The room amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV, and the facilities such as the gym and jacuzzi were a bonus after a long day of exploring.

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone seeking luxury and comfort.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions. And the best part? It was surrounded by the most amazing restaurants in Florence. I had the pleasure of trying out some delicious local cuisine just steps away from where I was staying. The staff here were incredible, going out of their way to provide excellent service. They were always courteous and attentive, accommodating all of my requests. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. I also appreciated the turn down service every night. a truly luxurious experience.

We had a fantastic Easter weekend at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the attractions. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden, it was a great place to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the private lift was a unique and fun feature. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
